The City of Royse City Parks and Recreation Department consists of approximately 45 acres of developed parkland, with 4 playgrounds, 3 catch and release ponds, and 1.5 miles of nature trails and jogging paths.  The citizens of Royse City also have, to their access, a baseball/softball complex and a soccer complex, with various practice fields.

 

Royse City strives in providing safe and healthy play spaces for all ages and plays an important role in the quality of life for our citizens.

 

The City of Royse City Recreation Department has entered into a partnership with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas to offer Youth Baseball/Softball/T-Ball, Adult Flag Football, and Adult Kickball. Read more about this exciting new partnership!
