The league is open to anyone ages 17 and older.
Game Format: 18-minute halves with a 3 minute half time. Passing plays only, no running plays. Co-ed division must field a minimum of 3 female players on the field at all times on offense and defense.
League Format: 6 game regular season, followed by a tournament-style playoffs for the final 2 weeks. League Rules will be sent to team captains prior to season start.
Cost: $50 per player
